These Terms of Service govern your use of GamingCo's white label casino platform and consulting services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full.

Service Scope and Delivery

GamingCo provides turn-key online gambling solutions including platform setup, licensing assistance, payment integration, and ongoing technical support. Service timelines start from contract signing and deposit receipt. Standard deployment takes 60-90 days depending on jurisdiction and client readiness.

We commit to platform uptime of 99.5% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance. Any downtime beyond this threshold triggers pro-rated credit calculations per our SLA addendum.

Client Obligations

You must provide accurate business documentation for licensing applications. Any misrepresentation voids our service guarantees and may result in contract termination without refund.

You're responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid gambling licenses in operating jurisdictions
  • Implementing responsible gaming policies per local regulations
  • Ensuring marketing materials comply with advertising standards
  • Processing player KYC/AML checks through our provided tools
  • Funding player wallets and managing cashflow adequately

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due 50% upfront, 50% before platform handover. Monthly revenue share or fixed fees (per contract) bill on the 1st of each month for prior month activity. Late payments beyond 15 days may result in platform suspension until account settles.

Payment processing fees, licensing costs, and third-party integrations bill separately as itemized in your service agreement. We don't markup these pass-through costs.

Intellectual Property

Platform software, admin panel, and core systems remain GamingCo property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use them for your casino operations. Your branding, content, and player database stay your property.

Game content comes from third-party providers under separate licensing - we facilitate integration but don't own game IP.

Liability and Indemnification

We're liable for platform technical failures but not for business performance, player disputes, or regulatory actions stemming from your operations. You indemnify GamingCo against claims arising from your marketing practices, player complaints, or license violations.

Maximum liability caps at 12 months of fees paid, excluding gross negligence cases.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 60 days written notice. Early termination by you forfeits setup fees and triggers migration fees if you want player data exported. We terminate immediately for non-payment, license loss, or illegal activity.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes go to binding arbitration in Malta under UNCITRAL rules. Contract language is English; Maltese law governs interpretation.
